STORE POLICIES

FREE UPS DELIVERY IN UNITED STATES AND CANADA: 3 to 6 business days (US Stock). FREE DHL/FEDEX DELIVERY WORLDWIDE: 4 to 8 business days (Factory Stock).

We ship items from our warehouses located in the United States, Argentina, and Brazil. All orders are processed within 24 hours. We have stock in the United States and South America. Our item support and spare parts sales are available in the United States.

You're 100% protected with PayPal Purchase Protection. If you don't receive the item that you ordered, PayPal will refund you the full purchase price plus the original shipping costs.

PAYMENT, SHIPPING, RETURN, WARRANTY POLICIES

Payment methods:

We accept PayPal, Ebanx Payments, Bitcoin, and Ethereum. All payments are processed securely through PayPal, Ebanx, or Coinbase website at the time of purchase to ensure that no one ever has access to your credit card or payment details.

SHIPPING

We know your order is important, and that's why we process and ship it within 24 hours after receiving it. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

UNITED STATES:

We offer ground shipping through UPS, and it usually takes 3 to 5 working days to deliver your order.

Our item support, spare parts sales, and item exchange are available in the United States.

SHIPPING POLICY FOR OTHER COUNTRIES (US not included):

International orders are shipped with DHL Express, and it usually takes 6 to 9 working days to deliver your order. Customers outside the United States are responsible for local fees, local taxes, or import local duties.

Our return address and item exchange are located in the United States.

Warranty:

All MagicHooper.com products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects at the time of shipment. Claims must be reported within 90 days of receipt in writing to ariesusacorp@gmail.com, specifying the type of product defect and the date of purchase. Any products found to be defective by an authorized representative of MagicHooper.com are limited to replacement of the product or refund of the original purchase price. MagicHooper.com cannot be responsible for consequential damages and labor charges. The warranty does not cover deterioration due to normal wear, damage due to alterations, negligence, and use beyond safe operating limits. MagicHooper.com’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

The customer will be responsible for inbound and outbound freight.

Product Return:

Our item support, spare parts sales, and item exchange are available in the United States.

Products must be returned to the initial shipment sender address within 14 days and inspected for resale approval to be eligible for credit. All returned merchandise must have prior authorization and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused. All returns are subject to the discretion of the management team of MagicHooper.com.

OPEN BOX, REFURBISHED or DISCONTINUED returned merchandise must have prior authorization and is subject to a 30% restocking fee. 

For non-warranty products, the customer is responsible for inbound and outbound freight. Outbound freight charges will be deducted from any credits given on orders that received free outbound shipping on complete returns and/or partial returns. Refused shipments will be credited for products only with a deduction of a $20 refusal fee plus the shipping

charges back to the original location.

The customer will be responsible for inbound and outbound freight.

Orders cannot be changed, added or canceled, and there are no refunds on any shipping charges.

Our store policies, returns, and warranties are in compliance with the laws of the State of Florida.
